How Online Booking Works

1. Select your service — repair, servicing, or emergency
2. Enter your postcode — we'll show you the days we're in your area
3. Pick a time slot — weekday, Saturday, or Sunday options available
4. Enter your details — name, address, phone, gate type, and a brief description. Entry code is optional — only share it if you'd like the engineer to access the gate while you're out
5. Confirm — you'll see the estimated cost before confirming

Confirmation

• Weekday bookings: Confirmed instantly by email
• Weekend and evening bookings: Confirmed within 30 minutes, or automatically cancelled so you're not left waiting
• Emergency bookings: Please call 07542 024681 directly — don't use online booking

Payment

Cash on site or BACS bank transfer on completion. No deposit required. No card payments.
